Jeanette Garcia, CRNP

Jeannette Garcia is a double board-certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C) therapist. She began her nursing career at Towson University, graduating cum laude in 2020. In 2025, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from Old Dominion University, graduating magna cum laude. That same year, she joined Capitol Vein & Laser Centers, where she specializes in sclerotherapy, the management of venous disease, lymphedema, and venous ulcers. Jeannette is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
